Up to 10 domain based email accounts are provided free with your hosting. You can keep copies of emails on the server and access ‘everything, everywhere’. Disk space can be upgraded for any individual email accounts, when required.
10 GB of monthly bandwidth
Bandwidth is a measure of website and email traffic (consumed data) – usually caused by visitors to your web pages. Up to 10 GB of monthly bandwidth is usually more than adequate for most needs.
Technical maintenance service to keep WordPress (and plugins) always up to date
We’ll keep WordPress fully up to date and all the WordPress plugins your website uses – plus lots more. This ensures your website is always up to date with the latest features, fixes and security updates.
Back-up and Restore
Website databases are backed up and recoverable (for up to 60 days), as are website files and email accounts (both for 30 days).

Prompt updates and work requests
Clients who prefer not to do their own content updates, are welcome to email us with requests. Clients call upon us for a wide range of support, advice and help. Requests are usually actioned within one working day of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).

Our unique Service Time system for clients provides a fair system where all work requests can be actioned efficiently and promptly.
Clients maintain a balance of what we refer to as ‘service time’ hours and any work requests (covering most requests). This system works very well, allowing clients to call upon our services as necessary and receive quick attention to their needs.
